1 pie shell - frozen or homemade
4-5 MacIntosh apples
½ c. sugar
1 TBS Cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
optional: raisins

for topping:
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
(Honey always told me it's easy to remember it's one, one and one.)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and slice apples into 1/8 " slices. Mix in a bowl with cinnamon, sugar, lemon juice. Fill pie shell.
Mix together sugar and flour and cut in butter with a pastry cutter to form crumb. Place on top of pie and bake at 350º for 45 - 50 minutes.
