1 cup Butter
1 cup granulated Sugar
3/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Large Eggs
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
12 ounces White Chocolate Chips
1 cup Cashew Nut pieces

Directions:

Heat oven to 375º

Using a mixer, in large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and salt. Add eggs, beat well. Stir together flour and baking soda and add gradually to butter mixture until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 - 10 minutes until set. Cool slightly and remove to rack to cool completely.

Make sure not to over bake!

To make chocolate version; omit 1/2 cup flour and add 1/2 cup cocoa.

Macadamia Nuts can be substituted for the Cashew pieces.
