1/3 cup of butter

1/3 cup of shortening

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375º

Cream butter and sugars together
Mix in egg and vanilla
Mix in dry ingredients
Add chocolate chips

Use spoon to drop on cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
