1 1/2 lb. vanilla-flavored candy coating
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract
3 c. whole almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
MELT candy coating, sweetened condensed milk, and salt in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in almond extract, then almonds.

SPREAD evenly into wax paper-lined 15"x10" jellyroll pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.

TURN onto cutting board. Peel off paper; cut into traingles or squares. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
