4 ½ C. sugar
3 pkgs. chocolate chips
½ lb. margarine, melted
1 t. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
7 oz. marshmallow cream
2 C. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and milk together and then boil for 7-8 minutes, stirring often. In a large bowl cream together marshmallow and margarine then add in chocolate chips. Pour milk mixture over chocolate mixture and stir until chocolate has melted. Add in vanilla and nuts, blend well and pour into pan and chill in the refrigerator. Cut into squares before it becomes completely firm.
Makes about 5 lbs. of fudge.
