2 cups medium noodles, cooked (approx. 1 1/3 cup dry)
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 cups milk
1 cup diced, cooked ham
1 cup grated cheddar cheese.
Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles. Melt butter. Blend flour and seasonings. Add milk. Cook till thick and smooth. Remove from heat. Add ham, cheese, and noodles. Pour in 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake 350º for 25 minutes. Cover 1/2-way through.
