Beef stew meat (one to two pounds)
2 cans beef consommé
1/2 C. water
Flour
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge meat in flour that has salt, pepper, and garlic salt added to it. Brown in oil in heavy pan. Pour beef consommé and water over meat. Bring to boil and simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours.

***Serve over white rice
