1 London Broil piece of beef
1can of cranberry sauce
1envelope Lipton's dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put the meat in the crock pot at least 8 hours before you want to eat dinner. Put the dry onion soup on top of the meat. Spoon the cranberries over the soup. Put the lid on and go have fun for 8 hours or more.

Buy some "Simply Mashed Potatoes" in the refrigerated section at the grocery store. When you're ready, heat the potatoes, cut the meat and spoon the "gravy" in the crock pot over the meat and the potatoes. Yum!
