1 1/2 cups sugar
3 Tblsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tblsp. butter
2 well-beaten eggs
3 cups cut rhubarb
1 recipe Plain Pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, and butter. Add eggs; beat smooth; pour over rhubarb in 9 inch unbaked pastry lined piepan.
Top with pastry. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a very hot oven (450º) 10 minutes, then turn oven down to (350º) about 30 minutes.
