4 egg whites - room temperature (no more than 1/2 cup)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup regular sugar
2 cans almond paste (purchase at McCowans Solo Brand with baking goods) (so San Pedro) - cut paste into small pieces
Pine Nuts
Parchment Paper

Directions:
Directions:
Place parchment paper on all cookie sheets.

Beat together until smooth 4 eggs whites, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup regular sugar and 2 cans of cut up Almond Paste.

Place 1/2 teaspoon dough on cookie sheet. Top each cookie with several pine nuts.

Bake 350 until light brown. Watch the cookies because they will bake differently in each oven, bake anywhere from 12 to 20 minutes.
