2 c. Shortening
2 c. Sugar
1 16oz. can Pumpkin
2 Eggs
2 t. Vanilla
4 c. Flour
2 t. Baking Powder
2 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Allspice
1 pkg. Chocolate Chips
1 Cream Cheese Frosting
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla. Beat well. Stir together flour and dry ingredients. Add to batter and mix well. Drop by rounded tsp 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes. Cool. Frost
