1/2 cup peanut butter
2 egg yolks
2 cups confectioner's sugar
4 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat peanut butter, egg yolks and cream. Add sugar gradually, beat well. Add 2 tsp. vanilla. If frosting is too stiff, add more cream.

Mom Gray (Grandma Gray) always made a spice cake with peanut butter frosting for Chris' (Uncle Chris') birthday as it was his favorite. This frosting tastes just like peanut butter fudge - the best I have ever tasted.
