5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp.cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves

Combine above together and set aside

1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. molasses
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients- set aside. Mix oil, sugar, and molasses, add to beaten eggs, mix well; then add 4 cups of the dry ingredients. Add more flour if necessary to make soft but firm dough. Roll out on backs of oiled cookie sheets. Cut out design. Remove excess dough. Bake at 350º for 8 min. Let sit over night to dry.
