3/4 C. Shortening
1/2 C. sugar
1 - 3oz flavored jello
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Mix shortening sugar gelatin eggs and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Poll into small balls. Place 3" apart on ungreased baking pan. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.

I use a red flavor and lime for christmas. Can use any flavor you wish.
