Ingredients:  
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp allspice
1 c. milk (scalded)
1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3 eggs
5 c. flour
1 c. raisins

Topping:
Carton dry cottage cheese
2 eggs
3 or 4 T. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg yolk beaten with 1 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter, sugar, salt & allspice to scalded milk and cool to lukewarm
Soften yeast in lukewarm water and add to milk mixture
Beat in 3 eggs
Add about one half of the flour and beat until smooth
Add raisins and remaining flour to make a soft dough that you can knead
Turn out onto floured board and knead until dough is smooth and elastic
Place in to a greased bowl, cover, let rise until double in bulk
Punch down
Divide dough in half and spread into two greased 9 inch round pans
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, salt and beat together until smooth
Spread over dough in pans- cover - let rise until double
Beat egg yolk/water mixture and brush over cheese topping and dough with pastry brush
Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until done
