1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons real vanilla
4 T butter
2 cups pecan halves or pieces
little pie shells [packaged frozen]

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar corn syrup eggs vanilla salt .then stir in melted butter. Fold in pecan pieces. Pour into little pie shells. bake in preheated 350 degree oven till set bubbly and lightly browned probably 30 40 minute. Freezes well.

It is absolutely necessary to use real butter good vanilla and fresh pecans. Don't skimp!!1 I mass produce these and package them for gifts in bags. They freeze well. I order my pecans from Sunnyland Farms in Georgia. They are the best pecans I have ever used. I order my pecans in huge quanties to last me all year. They freeze beautifully. I get all types depending on the recipe ...pieces whole and halves.
