2 1/2 cup cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 baking soda
2/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix in bananas. Add flour mixture and stir just until combined. Stir in choice of chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 12 to 15 minutes. On Convection bake at 375º for 9 minutes. If desired, any of these taste yummy when added: 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips or 12 oz milk chocolate chips or 12 oz butterscotch chips
