2 C sugar
1/2 - 3/4 C cream or milk
Lump of Butter
1/8 tsp. cream of Tarter
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Let milk and sugar dissolve before you put it on to cook (if you have time). After it boils a while, add butter and cream of tarter. Cook until it forms a soft ball in water. Remove from heat and cool. Stir til gone to sugar on plate. Shape into log with hands roll in cinnamon.Cover with wrap and put in refrigerator till serving.

Grandma Tyner made this all the time at Christmas. My Mother used to make it. I can still see it on the cabinet ready to cool so we could eat it.
