2 c sugar
2/3 c syrup
2 c cream
4 T cornstarch
4 T flour
8 T melted butter
1 c cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together sugar, syrup, & 1 c cream until it forms a solid ball in cold water.
Mix well cornstarch, flour, butter, & 1 c cream and stir into former mixture.
Cook until it is almost as thick as mashed potatoes, stirring constantly to avoid scorching.
Add shelled peanuts or Brazils (nuts)
Pour into buttered pan. Chill & cut.
