Graham Crackers - About 36 Sections
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Butter [no substitute]
1 c. Pecans [or Nut of choice]
6 squares Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375º. Line a standard rimmed cookie sheet with Aluminum Foil, covering sides of the rim. Line foil with sections of Graham Crackers completely covering the foil with as many as can fit, set aside. In heavy saucepan mix Brown Sugar and Butter, cook on Medium heat and bring to bubbling stage, let cook for 5-6 minutes. Stir in Nuts. Pour mixture over Graham Crackers - it will be "gooey-sticky". Bake -10 minutes, remove from oven and let cool. Melt Squares of Chocolate in double boiler and "frost" cooled crackers, let set up and break into individual portions.

This can be made without the Chocolate; Option is adding a cup of Coconut Flakes when adding nuts without the Chocolate. Dried Fruit Chopped or Candies can be added to syrup before baking.
