2 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour.
1 tsp baking soda.
1 cup butter softened.
1/4 cup granulated sugar.
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar.
1 tsp vanilla.
1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello vanilla instant pudding mix.
2 eggs.
1/2 pkg (6 oz) chocolate chips.
1/2 pkg (6 oz) butterscotch chips.
1 cup chopped nuts (optional).

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded measuring tsp, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.

If you do not like butterscotch, replace with chocolate chips. You can also use chocolate instant pudding if you would like chocolate chip cookies.
