Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Meatballs:
1 lb of ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/3 cup minced onion
3/4 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 tsp marjoram (I do not use this ingredient and it still comes out great)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 cup of milk
Sauce:
4 tblsp cooking fat (crisco)** I use olive oil for a healthier choice**
1 tblsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups of boiling water
3/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients together and chill 2 hours or over night. Roll into meatballs and fry in the cooking fat (or olive oil). when done frying meatballs, add sauce ingredients (DO NOT ADD THE FAT OR OLIVE OIL AGAIN!) in the order listed except for the sour cream. Heat meatballs in this sauce and then gradually stir in the sour cream a little at a time.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Replacing the fat for olive oil and using low fat or fat-free sour cream are great for a lower fat option.
