Dry Rub:
2 tsp. each Black Pepper, Powdered Garlic & Thyme. Combine and rub on 4, 16oz Kansas City Strip Steaks, cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Tennessee Bourbon Sauce:
1/4 cup each of Dijon* sauce, steak sauce, bourbon, and honey.
Juice of one lemon.

Dijon Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 Tbs. Dijon mustard

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice and Dijon mustard and whisk together.

In a small saucepan combine 1/4 cup each of Dijon sauce, steak sauce (A1 works fine), Bourbon, honey and lemon juice and heat until warm.

Grill steaks on high on each side for 2 min. Lower heat and brush with bourbon sauce while slow cooking to desired doneness.
