1 box (1lb) 10X confectionary sugar.
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
1/4 cup evaporated milk.
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter.
2 tsp Vanilla.
3/4 cup pecan halves (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cocoa together. Add milk, butter and Vanilla. DO NOT MIX. Place in microwave oven for 2 1/2 minutes on high. Mix well and place in foil lined pan and place in freezer for 10 minutes to set.
