graham cracker crust:
16 squares graham crackers crushed (1 cup)
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
Mix, press into 9" pie pan

5 sliced, ripe, fresh peaches
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
fresh whipped cream (can sweeten with powdered sugar and flavor with vanilla)

Mix lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk. Let stand for a few minutes. Place sliced peaches in previously prepared crust. Spread sauce over peaches and chill. Cover with whipped cream before serving. Serve same day.

This is a delicious, fresh tasting peach pie, but it is only as good as the peaches. Make sure they are ripe and sweet. One of the best pies I've ever tasted!
