1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp (short) nutmeg

2 beaten eggs
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first three ingredients and add to the eggs, pumpkin, and milk mixture.
Pour into a pie crust and bake in a 375 degree oven on the lower rack for 10-15 minutes and then lower the temp to 325/350 degrees and move to the center rack. Bake for another 30-35 minutes or until the center is done. Check that by inserting a knife.
