2 c. milk chocolate chips 1/2 c. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter 1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk 1 c. sugar
1-7oz. jar marshmallow cream 1 tsp. vanilla
11/2 c. salted peanuts, crushed 14 oz. pkg caramels
1/4 c. whipping cream

Layer #1
Combine 1 c. milk chocolate chips, 1/4 c. peanut butter, and 1/4 c. butterscotch chips in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Spread in a greased 9x13 pan and refrigerate.
Layer #2
Melt 1/4 c. butter, add 1/4 c. evaporated milk, and 1 c. sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 min. stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add marshmallow creme, 1/4 c. peanut butter, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Add 1 1/2 cups of crushed, salted peanuts and mix well. Spread over first layer, and return to refrigerator to set.
Layer#3
Combine the pkg of caramels and 1/4 c. whipping cream in a saucepan and heat over low heat until melted and smooth. Spread over other two layers and return to refrigerator to set.
Layer #4
Repeat layer #1 and spread on top of caramel layer. Refrigerate at least one hr, then cut into small squares. Keep refrigerated, or in freezer.
