1 3/4 lbs ground meat
2 tbsp corn starch
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 medium onion chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat and ingredients well (work with hands). Shape into balls and brown on all sides. Cover with water and add a bouillon cube, simmer 15 minutes. Remove meat balls and make gravy.

We have these still, every Christmas Eve. We serve with mashed potatoes. After this great meal, we're off to Midnight Mass.
