1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup butter or margarine at room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 Tablespoons milk
1 cup raisins
2 cups Oatmeal (quick cooking)

Sift together flour, soda, salt, and spices into bowl. Add butter, sugar, egg, and milk. Beat until smooth, about two mins. Fold in raisins and oats. Drop from a teaspoon onto greased baking sheet and bake at 375º for 12 to 15 mins.
