1 lb chicken or pork, ground *
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. soy sauce (to taste)
¼ c. corn starch
¼ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place celery, onion, and water in Crock pot on high. Brown chicken or pork. Add soup, soy sauce, and meat. Cook 4 – 6 hours. Thicken with equal parts corn starch and cold water (about ¼ c).

Serve over cooked or steamed rice.

* Sometimes you find meat labeled chow mein meat, and can use this instead of ground.
