1 cup Flour, 1 cup Brown Sugar, 1 cup Oats, 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda, 1/2 cup Shortening, Apples, 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, 1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, oats, soda with shortening. Fill pan with cut up apples that have been tossed with the cinnamon and lemon juice. Spread crumb mixture over top. Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes.
