4 lbs. ground beef (27%)
1 lb. ground pork
9 slices white bread
1 large onion, minced very fine
4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
3 eggs
2 c. water
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef and pork; mix well. Put bread into food processor to make crumbs. Combine crumbs, spices, eggs, onions, water and milk. Add to meat mixture and mix well. Roll out meatballs to diameter of a quarter on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350ºF ovent for 15 minutes. Makes about 250 meatballs.

Grandma Bloom made these every year for Christmas Eve. Cousin Lynda took over the duties after Grandma died and I think her meatballs are actually dime size so you would probably get about 1000 from her recipes. Mom made these for Marty and Linda's wedding.
