2 cups pecan
˝ cup butter
8 oz. Cream cheese (room temp)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put pecans and butter in 8” pan and roast 350 degree for 15 minutes, stirring 3 or 4 times . Whip cream cheese in bowl until fluffy. Put in hot pecans pan and stir until cheese is melted and stir in powder sugar and vanilla.
Store in refrigerator.
