"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Make a graham cracker crust, chocolate crumb crust or a ginger snap crust.

1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 pt. chocolate ice cream
1 quart vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Chill crust in the freezer while making the rest of the pie. I use a 9 inch pie pan.

Melt chocolate chips in whipping cream over low heat. Stir in vanilla. Chill until thickened. Spoon chocolate ice cream into crust; spread 3/4 c. chocolate sauce over ice cream. Freeze until hard. Spoon vanilla ice cream over chocolate sauce; drizzle remaining chocolate sauce over top of the pie. Freeze... I would take this out of the freezer about 10 mins before serving to soften a bit.
