2 cups apples, sliced (Rome Variety)
3/4 cup sugar
4 T flour
1 egg beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 9-inch pie shell
1/3 cup sugar (for topping)
1/3 cup flour (for topping)
1/4 cup butter (for topping)
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange sliced apples into unbaked pie shell. Mix the next 6 ingredients together and pour over the apples. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Blend the topping ingredients together and crumble this topping over the top of the baked pie. Bake for 15 minutes longer. Serve warm.
