1/2 lb zucchini grated
1/4 lb can cream corn
1 sm red pepper, finely chopped
1 sm onion, finely chopped
1/2 grated tasty cheese
1/2 c self-raising flour
2 tbsp oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tbsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease a 20cm pie dish. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake in moderate oven about 5 minutes or until set. Stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges and serve.
