1 cup of sugar
1 tbs. of Hersheys Cocoa
2 tbs. of flour
1 tsp. of vanilla
FOR MERINGUE
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
4tbs. sugar



Directions:
Directions:
Mix well sugar, cocoa, and flour. Then add 3 egg
(yolks only) in 1 1/2 cups of milk. Stir constantly over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into baked pie crust. Let cool while you are beating the egg whites. Beat the salt and whites until smooth. Then gradually add the sugar and beat until it peaks. Spread over the pie and brown in 400 degree oven. It will only take a few minutes. Watch it closely.
