2 1/2C flour
1/2C. unsweetened cocoa
1tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1C granulated sugar
3/4C. light brown sugar
1/2C shortening
1tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 1/2 C white chocolate chips
1 C. walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º In medium bowl mix flour,cocoa,baking soda, and salt.Set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the sugars,butter,shortening,vanilla,and eggs. Then add dry ingredients, beating until well combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by teaspoon full on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set.
