5 c. flaked coconut
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. chopped nuts
1 can Eagle Brand Bordens Condensed Milk
parafin wax
1-12 oz package chocolate chips

Directions:

In large bowl mix the following:
5 c. flaked coconut
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. chopped nuts
1 can Eagle Brand Bordens Condensed Milk

Refrigerate mixture to get hard, then roll into small balls. In double boiler over water, melt 1/2 cake parafin wax and 1-12 oz package chocolate chips. Heat until mixture is melted and hot (not boiling) then turn off stove. Dip balls into chocolate and put on wax paper. Cool in refrigerator until hard.

This was Grandma King's recipe and Christina makes it, also. The end product really does taste like a mounds bar...maybe better!
