1 C. sliced carrots
1 C. uncooked cubed potatoes
1 T. parsley
1/2 C. celery
1 C. chopped onion
8 Pepper corns
1 Bay leaf
1 1/2 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Pressure cook 5 minutes. Reduce pressure, and put in 12 oz. of fish. Pressure cook another 5 minutes.Reduce pressure and remove pepper corn and bay leaf.
Mix in :
1/4 C. oleo (1stick)
2 tsp. salt
1/4 C. flour 3 1/2 C. skim milk
Cook together in sauce pan until thick. Add to fish and vegetables.
