2 Savoy cabbages
4 large onions
butter (enough to cover bottom of pan)
2 lbs. ground beef
4 cups cooked rice
1 large can of tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Separate leaves and parboil cabbages. Drain.
In separate frying pan, cook 4 onions in butter. Add ground beef to onions and break up with a fork while browning. Add cooked rice to meat mixture.
Place a large tablespoon of meat mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll it up.
Place in large pan and cover with tomato juice.

Cook slowly in oven at 300 F..
