graham cracker crust
1 tall can carnation evaporated milk that has been chilled (12 oz)
1 small box cherry jello
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add lemon juice and sugar. Mix well. Let set while you whip the evaporated milk real thick in a very large mixing bowl. Fold in jello mix, add lemon rind. Pour into graham cracker crust. If you double this recipe, you will need a 9x13 dish.
