1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup margarine (or butter)
1 cup Crisco oil

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream well together the powdered sugar, granulated sugar, margarine, and oil.
Add eggs, vanilla, flour, salt, soda, cream of tartar.
Mix all together.
Roll dough into small balls, flatten with glass dipped in part granulated sugar and part powdered sugar.
Bake in 350º oven until light brown around the edge and bottom (10 minutes or less)
