1 Cup Shortening (butter)
¾ Cup Sugar
1 Egg
2 ¼ Cups Sifted Flour
½ tsp Baking Powder
Dash of salt
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar slowly, add eggs unbeaten, and beat well with an electric mixer.

Add dry ingredients, and extracts, and mix well. Form using a cookie press. Bake 7-8 minutes at 350º

If dough seems too soft for cookies to stand up, add a tiny bit of flour.
