2 pkg. Yeast
½ cup Warm Water
1 tsp. Sugar
3 cups Hot Water
½ cup Oil
3 tsp. Salt
½ cup White Sugar
½ cup Warm Molasses
1 ½ cup rye flour
9 ¼ cup sifted white flour

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Set aside. In large bowl combine water, oil, salt, sugar and molasses. Add yeast mixture. Beat in half the flour using the electric mixer and then stir in the rest by hand. Turn out on floured surface to knead until smooth and elastic. Place in greased large bowl until double in bulk. Punch down, divide and shape into 3 loaves. Place in greased pans. Cover with towel and let rise in warm place until double. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
