1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, shortening, add well beaten eggs. Dissolve soda in pineapple and add to mixture. Add other ingredients and mix well. Drop from spoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º
