1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream (softened) butter, Add powdered sugar and cream until smooth. Add flour, salt, and vanilla. Mixture will be stiff. Shape dough into one-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350-375 F for about 10 to 12 minutes, until very lightly browned. While warm (not hot), roll in powdered sugar.
Cool, and roll in powdered sugar again.
