2 Tbsp. diced salt pork (or bacon)
1/2 c. diced onion
2 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. boiling water
3 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen whole corn
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Fry salt pork in saucepan until crisp. Add onion and saute gently 5 minutes. Add potatoes, water, salt, and pepper; cook, covered, about 10 minutes. Add corn; cover and cook gently 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add milk and heat thoroughly. Garnish servings with chopped parsley.
