Ingredients:  
3 lbs. chicken (legs, breasts or wings)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. cornstarch
2 eggs
Oil

Sauce:
3/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. chicken stock
1/4 C. catsup
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. Mix flour and cornstarch. Shake chicken in mixture; dip in egg and fry until golden. Place in 9x13 pan.

Combine sauce and boil until sugar dissolves. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350º for 1/2 hour, uncovered. Turn chicken and bake an additional 1/2 hour.
