3 whole eggs
1 c. sugar
1 T. plain flour
1 c. milk
1 c. canned coconut or Baker's flaked in plastic bag
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and sugar together; add eggs; beat until mixed, then add milk, coconut and vanilla. Pour into pie plate, greased and lightly coated with corn meal. (We used the cornbread mix which worked nicely.) Bake about 45 minutes at 350º. Pie will brown slightly around edge.
